SN DATES delivers orders within Pakistan and internationally. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery taking 2–7 business days locally and 7–14 business days internationally. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and customs duties (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused and unopened products only. Opened, used, or sale items are not returnable. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours. Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
